No. Maryland does support medicinal use of marijuana as prescribed by your doctor, but recreational use is currently against the law (and will be a violation of your probation). Marijuana on your person in quantities less than 10 grams is considered a civil offense, and no jail, and a maximum of $100 fine. Quantities of more than 10 grams is a misdemeanor offense, with a possibility of up to a year jail and a $1000 fine.
