Man Wanted in Annapolis Murder Expected to Surrender

A man wanted in connection with a December shooting in Annapolis’ Robinwood community that left one man dead and a woman seriously injured will turn himself in to police Wednesday, his lawyer said.

Clarence Eugene Johnson III, 24, of Arbor Hill Road in Annapolis, will turn himself in to police at 3:30 p.m., attorney Drew Cochran said in a news release.
